The course properly prepares you for AP Biology, since the topics are pretty much the same. The unit tests aren't bad as long as you study for them (though I recommend making your own study guides as the ones given to you aren't enough). The projects are graded easy as long as it shows that you put effort.

The course was definitely more challenging then regular biology. The actually difficulty depends a lot on the teacher that you get.
